Recruitment

A protected pathway for clubs from requirement to signing — with verified data, scouting evidence and every step on record.

Define what you need

Recruiters record requirements by sport and position — age range, level, availability and the attributes that matter — using that sport’s own terminology.

Discover with evidence

Verified recruiters search players with verification levels and Phoenix Scout decision-support, always shown with methodology and confidence.

Run cases on record

Each player under consideration becomes a recruitment case. Conflict and compliance checks apply before approval.
