Players move up a trust ladder: Unverified, Imported, Claimed, Self-verified, Document verified, Scout verified, Phoenix Scout verified. Imported records are never verified automatically; every step up is an authorised, audited decision.
Each level needs evidence and a decision by an authorised verifier, recorded with who decided, in what capacity and why.
Verification evidence and identity documents are always private.
You can filter player discovery by verification level.
