The recruitment workspace is for recruiters of a club (and operations staff). A requirement describes what the club needs; a case follows one player for the club.
The shortlist is the Shortlist stage of a case — there is no separate shortlist list. Before Approval a conflict check must be run.
Recruitment discovery lets verified recruiters filter by sport, position, nationality, gender, age range, rating, potential, availability, verification level, competition, league and team. It shows only Phoenix Scout ratings with their methodology and confidence, and only published, adult, real (non-test) players.
Recruitment discovery and the recruitment workspace need a plan that includes them (Professional or Club / Organization) in addition to the recruiter role.
