A Phoenix Scout ID has the form PS-{ENTITY}-{SCOPE}-{SEQUENCE}. Players use PS-PLY, clubs PS-CLB, teams PS-TEM and people PS-PER. IDs are issued by the Phoenix Scout server only and are never reused or changed.
A player is a person with a player role. The player record is longitudinal: new facts (positions, clubs, verification) are added as history instead of overwriting old ones, and changes are audited.
Only published, public, adult players appear on public pages. Retained test records are never shown publicly.
