Sign in at /login with your email and password. If you have enrolled an authenticator app, you then enter its 6-digit code, or one of your recovery codes if you no longer have the app. A security check (Cloudflare Turnstile) may be shown for sign-ins that look risky, for example after repeated failed attempts.
When sign-up is open, a new account is created at /signup and activated by entering the 6-digit code sent to your email address. You cannot sign in before your email is confirmed.
Two-step verification is set up at /mfa: scan the setup code with an authenticator app and keep the recovery codes, which are shown only once. Operations staff must use it, and some sensitive actions ask you to verify again (step-up).
